by default, there's no hotkey for folding/unfolding asdoc comments while editing a class in flex builder. but you can add one:
Preferences > General > Keys > Modify (tab) > Navigation (Command
Category) > Toggle ASDoc comments
ahhh.
now if only flex builder would remember the folding state when you reopen the file...
