Planting the Perennials


That's me with delphiniums and lupins. The bricks shown are not mortared in order to allow for some shifting. You can barely see them now. I get my plants from a local farmer, so they are generally very used to the climate, and more developed than nursery starter plants. I have also had good luck throwing down seeds. Heck, for 89 cents, you may get a field of your favorite plant!
Look at the plants at the end of their first season...
